POST PROELIA CONCORDIA
It's getting to be a tad too much now:
The Council's motto is "POST PROELIA CONCORDIA", which means "AFTER CONFLICT, PEACE".
Up to now, it's not been working out that way. More words have been had.
Furthermore, the Council's strap-line is "A Borough to be proud of". Yeah, right.
Lacking spatial awareness
Parking a respectable distance away from the entrance/exit to our driveway is an excellent idea, but parking a respectable distance away from everything is probably taking things a bit too far:

Another skilled migrant worker, delivering items from eBay. She's one of our frequent driveway blockers.
I think her name's probably Tim, because she's nice but dim.
She continues to bring us items addressed to others yet delivers my stuff elsewhere:

He's back yet again, and, like I said, he keeps moving it closer. Stern words have been had:
